Junior Preseason started with a bang!

The junior preseason kicked off last week and what a start it’s been! It’s been fantastic seeing the kids back with a bat and ball in hand, shaking off the winter rust, and bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and smiles. Across the U9/10, U12, U14, and U16 teams, the vibe has been awesome — strong numbers at training, great commitment, and a real sense of excitement for the season ahead.

A huge welcome to all the new players and families joining us this year! We’re so glad to have you as part of the TWCC community. Whether it’s your first season of cricket or you’ve come across from another club, we hope you’re already feeling at home. Junior cricket isn’t just about what happens on the field — it’s also about making mates, building confidence, and being part of something bigger, and we can’t wait to share the journey with you.

Massive thanks to Chris, Will, and the junior coaching crew for all their work behind the scenes and at training. From organising sessions to making sure every player gets involved, the club's created such a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment where kids can learn, develop, and most importantly, enjoy their cricket.
